Irvin Khoza, PSL chairperson since 2003, was re-elected for a sixth term during the 2024 National Soccer League Annual General Meeting in Johannesburg. At 76, Khoza, known as the "Iron Duke," remains unchallenged in his role, continuing to lead an eight-member executive committee with long-serving members like Kaizer Motaung, Mato Madlala, and Rejoice Simelane.

A notable change in the committee includes the addition of TS Galaxy owner Tim Sukazi, who replaces John Comitis, Rob Benadie, and David Thidiela. Despite the familiar faces dominating leadership, Khoza emphasized efforts to develop younger officials through initiatives like the league’s partnership with the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), aimed at preparing future PSL leaders.
